Every price includes your chain, custom fitting and welding. Pricing varies by chain style and metal, so the amounts below are starting prices. You'll always know the price before we cut or weld your piece.

Re-welds & repairs
If your Helen Permanent Jewelry piece comes off and you still have the original chain, bring it back for evaluation. If the chain is in wearable condition, it can usually be re-welded quickly. Lost, stretched or damaged chains may require replacement.
Returns
Because each chain is cut and custom-fitted specifically for you, permanent jewelry sales are final once the piece has been cut. We'll make sure you're happy with your chain, fit and price before we weld.
Repairs from other studios
Have a permanent piece from another studio that needs a re-weld? We're happy to take a look. Repairs start at $20 and depend on the condition and material of the original chain.
